This is one of Cuba's tickers - a time station which uniquely also broadcasts news between each :00 on the clock.

You'll also likely hear the Spanish language ID "Radio Reloj (ray-low)", and the time in Spanish numbers, if you understand a little Spanish.

There used to also be a Radio Reloj in Costa Rica, but I heard them on SW, not MW.
